My oil painting, Iridescence- Salvias, is an invitation to journey with me into my Sydney garden. Created over the last decade, it comprises colorful plant combinations using exotic and indigenous plants that are adaptable to changes in the environment. It has enabled me to experience the sense of ‘painting with plants,’ while I was unable to access the time and space required to paint with intention onto canvas.
